Making the panels and doors. As you can see, this is all done by hand with a router. No fancy machines.

Then we have to cut material, and cover. What you see here is about 30 full trunk kits being built. We used over 50 yards of trunk liner and over 30 cans of spray paint for these!

The finished product! It took 15 hours for 2 people to cover these 30 sets! It took 20 hours for 1 person to paint them!
